“I want people to leave Prestige better than they came,” he says. “More skilled, more confident, and with a real belief in what they can do. That’s what drives me.”

For Timi, fundraising is more than a job, it’s a calling to inspire, uplift, and make a real difference. His journey began with Worldwide Cancer Research, and one early experience still fuels his purpose today.

“I was able to comfort someone who had just lost a family member to cancer,” he says. “I told them we’re going to make a change and that moment reminded me why this work matters. It still motivates me to this day.”

Since then, Timi has continued to grow, not just as a top performer, but as someone who brings energy, empathy and a powerful sense of mission to every interaction. He once achieved 12 sign-ups in a single day, beating his own weekly record in the process and proving just how far belief and drive can go.

“I know I have a duty to inspire and make change,” he says. “And I’ve been blessed with the talent to do so. Getting people truly receptive to a cause, to the point they decide to give, is what keeps me coming back for more.”

Known for his cheeky charm (“Can I ask a cheeky question?” is a regular opener), Timi’s warmth is matched by wisdom beyond his years. “Not everyone will agree with what we do and that’s okay,” he says. “I remind myself that everyone’s entitled to their beliefs, and that helps me stay grounded and positive.”

His secret? Keep your mindset strong, your spirit light, and your outlook focused.

“Even a quick ‘have a nice day’ can change someone’s mood 

and mine too. And when the no’s come, I don’t let them shake me. Because each no gets me closer to the next yes.”

Timi’s advice to new fundraisers?

“Don’t let the no’s deter you from the person who says yes. Fundraising is a gradual climb and if you can weather the storm, you’ll always find the reward.”
